Since May 2022, Exclusive Invitations Ltd. has been dedicated to elevating our clients’ intimate events into unforgettable experiences. Specializing in a wide range of events such as birthday parties, Sweet Sixteens, weddings, receptions, pop-up shops, repasses, memorials, showcases, as well as various corporate and religious gatherings, we ensure a seamless and memorable occasion for all. Our versatile indoor and outdoor hall is designed to comfortably accommodate 20 to 150 guests, providing a flexible space to meet diverse event requirements.
As your one-stop-shop, we offer comprehensive services including catering, cake and bakery services, graphic design, and event décor to address all your event needs. Meet Our Team

  • Kay Bolton
    CEO
    I am Kay Bolton, the proprietor and operator of Exclusive Invitations, Ltd, located in Saint Albans, Queens, New York. Since our establishment in May 2022. I am a seasoned 30-year Special Education Teacher in New York City and a devoted parent to a service member son. With a background in organizing parties for friends and family, venturing into the event business was a natural progression for me.
  • Marlon Sewell
    Event Manager
    I am Marlon Sewell the Event Manager and Community Event Coordinator at Exclusive Invitations Ltd. I plan & orchestrate captivating comedy shows, oversees charity and community events. My personal passion includes coaching youth basketball. Exclusive Invitations Ltd. prioritizes client satisfaction, aiming to make each event a seamless and memorable experience for valued clients.

    Administrative Assistant
    As the Administrative Assistant and Certified Balloon Artist at Exclusive Invitations Ltd., I leverage my Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality Management to fulfill organizational tasks and provide support. In the role of Certified Balloon Artist, I bring creative expertise to craft vibrant designs tailored to meet the unique needs of clients and their events.

    Absolutely beautiful space! I recently had my child’s milestone birthday here and it was nothing short of AMAZING. The whole process with Kay, the owner, was smooth from start to finish. Her and her husband have great genuine energy, which says a lot when doing business with people directly. The hall is even more spacious in person than it looks online. Super clean and the set up literally accommodates everything you need from a full kitchen, DJ booth and bar area with cooler. Literally couldnt ask for anything more. I hope they get an awning soon with their name and number and some flyers so more people in the area can know about this Hidden Gem because I had no clue this was there. I would’ve booked them ages ago! If you’re thinking of booking this place, do not hesitate, you wont regret it. I will definitely be back in the future!

    Love this event space, nothing but great vibes and positive energy all the time!!I always have so much fun at the comedy shows that she has every month. If you wanna have a good time eat good food and laugh this is definitely the place to do it. Be sure to Contact Miss Kay!!! you won’t regret it!

    The best event hall in Queens! ⭐️ Miss Kay was incredible, she was so sweet, helpful and really made my event a success. The pricing is right and you get a lot for what you pay for. Very well equipped space. Worth every penny & I highly recommend 👌🏾 seriously, the best! I will definitely use this space again 💪🏾
